A contract between the customer & Edwards of Manchester will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed & despatched (at which point Edwards of Manchester will charge the buyers' credit card for the goods despatched plus postage where applicable) This does not affect your statutory rights.
Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate. However, the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
Whilst many lines are held in stock at Edwards of Manchester, we do also rely on the manufacturers stock & this can sometimes cause delays on delivery times. However, we will always keep customers informed of any such delays.

If any product should fail to meet your expectations please return it to us & we will look into the matter. (see returns policy)
Please note that no leather shoes are guaranteed waterproof unless they carry a waterproof guarantee such as GORTEX etc.

Returns Exchanges & Refunds
If for any reason you are not happy with the shoes, simply return them to us and an exchange or full refund will be given less the outward postage.
Please enclose your details & the Order Number which is to be found on your email invoice.
Customers are responsible for returning the shoes & paying the cost - we suggest using registered postage, & that customers retain a proof of postage just in case the parcel should fail to be delivered.
If returning from outside the EU please write "Returning unsuitable goods to sender" on the customs form & parcel as we will not receive parcels that encure duty charges.
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your goods if you intend to return them. The shoes must be returned in the same saleable condition, shoes will not be accepted where there are signs of wear on the sole. (We suggest trying shoes on carpet only).
